Do you need an idea for using up your leftover cranberry sauce? That’s easy– just turn it into a delicious cranberry vinaigrette!
Every year, I make a huge batch of Raw Cranberry Relish, and there are no unwanted leftovers. But I often do want to make some cooked cranberry sauce too, and then I need to use up the rest afterwards. This stunning salad dressing takes five minutes to whip up.
It will be perfect for dressing salads, and particularly good if those salads include leftover turkey! Cranberry vinaigrette dressing gets bonus points for being such a gorgeous color, which feels super festive. It’s creamy, tangy and a little sweet– just perfect when you’re not quite done enjoying holiday flavors.Print
