Cranberry Vinaigrette

Looking for a great way to use up that cranberry sauce after Thanksgiving? This cranberry vinaigrette is perfect! It’s quick and easy to make, delicious, and beautiful.


  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar, Champagne Vinegar, or Sherry Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (dijon or stone ground are great)


Just put everything in the blender and blend until smooth! Taste and adjust to your taste– does it need a little more salt, mustard, or vinegar?

Store in a glass bottle. It should last a week or so in the fridge.
