Photo Essay: Antalya’s Old City

We considered our trip to Turkey a vacation, but it wasn’t the normal sort, since Jeff had conferences to attend every day.  We took the bus to the town Kemer a couple of times in the afternoon, but were unable to get away from the resort most of the time.  That was still really enjoyable, but it meant that we only got one day in Antalya.  I really enjoyed this city, and am really hoping to get back there to explore it for more than a few hours!  I hope these pictures can give you a bit of a feel for the old city.  I loved it, wanted more of it, and could have cried when it was time to go back to Kiris, where we were staying!  And of course it helped that it was a gorgeous, sunny day.
